A party is only as good as the memories it creates. With all the hustle and bustle, getting ready and then the drinking, you’re lucky if you can squeeze three memorable moments into your head. Not that I’m complaining. I don’t worry about preserving the moment in my memory because now I always have my Nikon Digital Camera locked, loaded and ready to shoot.
Great party photography has made every event I attend a little flip book of memories and with all the social networking sites, I can share these photos with my fellow revelers quickly and for free! Some nights I’ll get home, slip into something “more comfortable,” and dump a couple hundred photos on the internet. I love trying to take my compact flash cards to their limit, it almost never happens.
Honestly it all makes me feel like my camera plays a pretty huge part in the fun everyone is having. Not to mention, on extending that fun well into the future. When the Nikon camera battery runs out the memories stop with it. We are very lucky to be surrounded with so much technology. Sometimes you’re just too busy partying to really hold on to a moment.
